    Finally, some common sense prevails!

    BERLIN - The European Parliament has voted overwhelmingly to reject the ACTA treaty designed to crack down on online piracy and other intellectual property theft worldwide.

    Rarely do I have a word of praise for the EU (substitute NEVER for 'Rarely') but I have to do so now. Shockingly, the EU has responded to the feelings of the vast majority of concerned citizens, and closed the door to this horrible piece of legislation, sponsored mainly by the music and movie industry fat cats.

    Nothing wrong with the thread, Solarmystic. Great piece of news!
