    An Ars Technica reader from the Cayman Islands was annoyed enough that he couldn't throw his own official Windows 7 Party that he e-mailed Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to complain. The result? A free Windows 7 Party Pack before anyone else gets theirs.

    Good for him, glad to hear that the big boys do listen and take notice of the little fellow.
    I know he said in his reply that he didn't expect anything but I think it shows good PR on the part of Microsoft the action they took.
