Windows 7: Why does crapware still exist?

I wouldn't have any worries here about any zero day anything bug since I wouldn't be able to even get on the page where any minor adbot is present let alone a maliciously coded bug ware. With the av program here simply turning off the firewall and web filtering wouldn't enough. I generally shut VIPRE entirely just to get on a certain page.

I've got Foxit Reader now, their install wizard, still had some crapware preselected boxes with Ask and some chat program.
