Pretty much. Libre has it on an Advanced Window and some extra options, but yes the same.

I forgot to add that I removed all traces of java back around the holidays and the only place I run into a problem now and then is with the NWS and even they are weaning themselves off of java because of this: US-CERT Alert TA13-010A - Oracle Java 7 Security Manager Bypass Vulnerability.

Not to my knowledge, now, let me ask you a question.

Where did you ever get the idea that Libre has anything at all to do with the Windows registry?
    How about here?

You would be surprised with how many people use databases in everyday life, even yourself.

Every time you start or reboot you machine you are invoking a database, i.e. Windows Registry.
Or do you have any other java-requiring database examples that most libreoffice users will relate to? That being my point.

LibreOffice uses a torrent for downloading and I got Blocked IP warnings from Malwarebytes.
I downloaded the installer from FileHippo as a single file (no torrents).
    Download LibreOffice 4.0.0 - FileHippo.com

I still can get a blocked warning clicking on that...
It looks like that uses a "variable" download site that may or may not get blocked...
I just tried tried it 2 times, and got a blocked IP for 1 attempt ...

Was that when you used the Torrent link?

When I downloaded I just clicked on the Main Installer and Built-in-help links and it showed they were coming from a clarkson.edu mirror.

    EDIT:
    No blocks or warnings.

No, I did not click on the Torrent Link.

For me clicking on the "MSI link" can use different download sites, not just the clarkson site as in your screen print.
