The page refresh button is in the address bar, next to the address. Also, pressing F5 also refreshes the page in any browser. It is good thing to remember so that you don't have to search for it in any browsers.

would not install on my rig it rebooted and windows told me instillation unsuccessful and uninstalled it, oh well im happy with chrome.
Installation was uneventful. Haven't seen any major differences between IE9 and IE10 except for a semi-hidden "Install new versions automatically". If you click the Tools gear (upper right corner of the page) and then select About Internet Explorer, the resulting dialog box had "Install new versions automatically" pre-checked. I don't like programs automatically installing stuff so I unchecked this option. I also don't think I'll be giving up Opera as my primary browser.
Install new versions of what automatically?
Would you be referring to how chrome updates its flash plug-in?
I did see where IE10 was considering doing that, but not now, maybe later.
Edit, should read:

I have two rigs. It installed on both, but one of my main sites would no longer display correctly. Also if you are using Norton's tool bar and identity safe, it is not compatiable.
Uninstalled, back to Ver 9.
