I checked before and after meaning now to find one for Windows Defender at about 5:12am MS time and just some 14 for the 64bit RC at 7:42pm MS time.

I had 8. The only 3 I remember was 1 for IE, 1 for .net framework, and the monthly malicious file scanner thing.

I still have to reboot to finish some of the 14 seen there. Most of the time you always end up seeing one or two for the WDefender anyways. The reason for seeing 14 to your 3 there is simply I still am on the RC here for so many more days which is seeing the bulk of the updates at this time.

Some were obviously intended for the RC still on here not for the finished 7 since MS will be releasing them for the RCs until next year when those start seeing the 2hr. shutdowns saying it's time to go RC!
