    You should, It is not good for your health, I have not had a smoke since 12.01.1994 the day of my last heart attack and also my Anniversary.

    Well my first one was in 1984 when I was 35. I quit then for 3 years but foolishly started again. I wish I had all of the money I spent on Ciggs.

    Mine was 2 years ago at 38 and since that day all they have done is disgust me with the smell.
