    Prior versions you had to move your pointer to close the next tab/ Laptop friendly less mouse movement needed,
    There have been a few people who asked about it but there isn't a setting I know of that alters the behavior ?

    Curious. I just now noticed the same thing while closing multiple tabs. It certainly makes doing so a lot easier. Just keep clicking.

    The link was for IE 8 and IE9. I'll skip IE11 if it has no menu, address bar, or favorites bar.

    That's good, since it is ported from Win 8 I thought it would be blue and square and blocky.
