I am definitely downloading this once it comes out. I just hope I can open the programs faster. Right now, it opens waaaaaay slower than Office 2007.

Interesting, I got the tech preview and my copy opens blazing fast. Overall, it impressed me so much that I ditched 2007 on my home PC. Looking forward to ditch that one for the beta.

That's an easy one - they're three different products

    Microsoft office
    Microsoft project
    Microsoft Visio

i actually just loaded the tech preview i downloaded from some "?" site at least a month or so ago, just put in now, and it seems to work just fine so far.

I shouldn't speak too soon though - before I've fully tested - lol

I've had it for a couple days; it seems so far so good on my machine.

Thanks. I've had a couple "you-really-should-not-have-this" versions, anxious to get a legit public beta.

By any chance, is there an option to enable classic menus and toolbars in this new office?
