Every two days or so i've got that crash with IE10 Rtm, cause is :C:\Windows\system32\atidxx64.dll.

Got only speckie spell checker, java helper is disable and protected mode is "on" with IE 10 x64bits.
Got two trackings protection enabled in my list.

When i was with IE 9 i do not remember having those crashes nearly periodically.

I do not know which to blame....

I'm wondering why your using rtm do you have win-8 ?
By protection mode do you mean Enhanced protection mode ?
This came up on a search,
Not sure if this site is legit or not ?

    Sorry for late answer.

Well, since it is version of Catalyst v13.9 now, it had reinstall a fresh copy of that particular atidxx64.dll.

Humm... it still had done the same once and register the .dll didn't made the trick.

Got no key/value for atidxx64.dll in "run" registry to delete aswell.

In Internet options => Advanced tab, i'm using GPU rendering with IE10 and once used Software rendering but seems running slower internet.

Yes it is "Enhanced protection mode" to enable and in the Security tab, checked boxes aswell.

I'm not gonna use their Repair Tools on the link you provided but only their tips...(not working yet!)

    Still inquiring!

Personally I would roll back to ie9 and uninstall speckie,
Either download ie10 from the windows update system or from here,
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-10/worldwide-languages
    Verify your version as this,

    Then re-download speckie ?

    Thanks ThrashZone,

If i do roll back to IE9 i might want to let it and wait to the up-coming IE11!! I'll see.
