    Yeah you're right :)

    Still can't get IE11 to play live streamed audio/video - Giants.com | Gameday LIVE

Will play videos, just not those live streamed. Currently the Giants/Eagles game is being broadcast live (1-4 PM EDT) but IE11 won't play it. It'll play a 10 second commercial, but when it gets to the live part, goes dead.

    Under Firefox all is good.

With WaterFox I had to click the "install missing plugins" while 11 played it on the spot without any hesitation. The one idea that might help when looking at the problems you seem to be continuing to see would be removing the present 11 install once you have a fresh download of the preview to see it go again fresh. This would likely correct anything the first install didn't see go on fully.

That's nice, but that's got nothing to do with my issue. And for me, at least Firefox works once I installed flash. With IE, even insuring flash is installed, it's still struggling.

And I've uninstalled and reinstalled IE11 and still no go. BTW I'm also having the same issue under Windows 8.1 with IE11. It's definitely an IE11 issue. Hopefully the issue is sorted with the "official" release of 11.

What I do know is that both W7 and W8 using IE11 display the same issues. 11 definitely needs work.

So far I have only seen one hiccup with 11 simply taking forever to load up the first time you go to use IE upon each powerup of the day. The need to install Flash Player or Java runtime separately wasn't even needed to watch any embedded clips or YouTube videos.

it runs really well, and I was chuffed to bits
but then I tried to pay a bill using AllPay and
it just refused to respond, it just sat there doing nothing..

had to revert to ie10 to sort that out, but I'm having another go now..

is there a way to fix the problem with payment sites (I assume it's a firewall/security issue of some kind..??)

Try compatibility view... Tools, click Compatibility View Settings, and add the troublesome website.

Fixed my issue here: IE11 Release Preview for Windows 7 Now Available which basically sounds like your issue.

Give it a try! It worked for others having similar problems. Some sites are a bit more touchy on security then others where the unfinished form of 11 won't meet what the site expects or the site will need to be updated once 11 is out. At some sites there are some elements required that are not in the preview form of IE to explain other things.
