You're complaining WHY? You should know by now that it's not good to run more than one AV program together at same time. I had to uninstall the RTM version of MSE to install the new Beta and had no problems whatsoever. I think it's good Microsoft is forcing people to remove other AV programs while wanting to run MSE, we all know how many lazy non-tech people are out there.

I have to agree, it is a good thing MSE forces this. I have to many friends that think its good and better to run two+ antivirus programs at the same time. unless you manually edit out the drivers/other being loaded for the real time protection, then yea any other scanners offering a form of real time protection will generally interfere with each other and cause massive slowdowns/bsod etc... if you are advanced enough to know what and where to unload upon boot you can enable multiple scanners and dedicate one to realtime protection.
