    Well, I just checked. If it is up on Connect, then I am still applied from the last beta.

    Being in the old beta doesn't get you in the new beta. The old beta is pointless now and will not have any updates to it.

    Then how do I get into/find the new beta?

    That is build 1500, the last public beta. The same one I am using.

    I did upgrade to the final version, now i have version 1.0.1676.0 which is the latest beta version since i joined the new program.

    I'm glad someone posted this. I checked me Live email and sure enough there was my invite from the 24th. I just finished uninstalling the previous final version and installing the new beta version 1.0.1676.0.

Just got this in email this morning asking if I wanted to keep participating in the Ongoing Beta Program for Microsoft Security Essentials: MSE 1.0.1611 (RTM) MSE 1.0.1676 (Beta)
I've been using Microsoft Security Essentials 1.0 since the day it was officially launched (Connect Beta Tester). I have been getting maybe 3 to 5 Updates daily if I manually checked for them but the updates would always be 5 hours behind from the time I checked for them to show up on Windows...
