Hello John just out of pure curiosity just what is the difference between here and the new forum?? As I find here is so very helpful and I haven't regretted it one moment since joining.

Having said that I might sign up in any case as I see some good friends have already and that is recommendation enough for me.

Again having said that this must be one heck of a workload for yourself? but count on my support in any case. :)

There's different people with different experiences to pick the brains of, for us and anyone needing help. I think PCHF also covers more than just w7 or Win8 and Vista too.

That forum is a general windows forum, as opposed to a specialty forum (7,8,9). It's a good group there, worth checking out. A Guy

Not only Windows - they cover e.g. Linux and Android too. That is a welcome addition - at least for me.

Yes, I thought I had seen that as well, well rounded. I noticed you published a resource (tutorial) on Power Point already.

Yeah, it was a test. Did you have a look at the tut. Do you think it's worth publishing it here. I have 3 version - the on-line version which I posted there, a version where I videod the whole tut and an unlocked download version from Skydrive for those who want to play with it.

Sure, I did watch it and it's worthwhile. The volume of your voice varied quite a bit in the online version.

I know, I always have problems with voice recording. It always works OK on my system but not on other systems. That's why I made some of the recordings on my laptop. Those are the good ones. On some of the others I boosted the dBs, but apprently that did not help enough. Maybe one day I will rerecord the iffy ones.
