Hi echrada,

They had a bad rep. , but this app. is excellent -the UAC Tool has nothing to do with the Security suite - and is free. It is only for Vista.

However,I also heard NIS 2009 is completely different, i.e. better than their previous efforts, tho. I haven't tried it.
