This Elflop guy is a loser. He ran the biggest mobile company into the ground and now he is working on doing the same with Microsoft. I hope the MS board stops him in his tracks.

Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO): "Fundamentally, we participated in the PC market. Now we are in a market that's much bigger than the PC market, he said."

I'd like to pose a question Mr. Nadella.....If MS is in the right market, at the right time, doing the right thing, why isn't W8 flying off the shelves?

That is indeed a good question. And the associated tablets are not really doorbusters either. Android and the fruit company are doing a lot better.

I have to say though that I love my W8Phone. Here they got it right. Too bad that this is not getting too much attention either.

But MS just finished a very good quater. Something they make seems to sell.

I totally know who you are talking about. It would make more sense for them to switch completely to mobile.

    Hi there @Whs

"The Fruit company" doing better -- well if you go by the Markets assessment the Stock is still HUGELY off its high point whereas Ms is around 40 USD -- just a few months ago it was around 25 USD.

APPLE of course has something like 200 BILLION USD in CASH !! so it will have to invest in something - so there could be some decent returns in the future - but currently apart from getting tangled up in Court Cases Apple seems to be going nowhere in long term strategy. The iPhone 5 isn't a huge seller, the smart phone market top end is saturated (even Samsung are finding that out) and the macbooks are so well made that people aren't buying new ones. The one time magnificent APPLE Cinema screen type of monitors which cost a fortune have competition now in decent CHEAP high quality products - and with 4K video soon to appear I don't think APPLE have even got a device that can handle that.

Ms is also now involved in a big way in ROBOTICS and a lot of design engineering too.

Apart from the strength of APPLE's enormous cash reserves I'd be more optimistic about the future of Ms -- what Apple needs is a CEO of Vision -- you won't get a second Steve Jobs but there must be some good people around.

Any APPLE director reading this post -- I'm available -- PM me !!!!.

    Cheers
