    (Reuters) - Chinese government officials have made sudden visits to Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) offices in China, a spokeswoman for the company said on Monday, but declined to give any reason for the inspections.

    True, but maybe you misunderstood? This isn't Microsoft auditing the Chinese government its it's the Chinese Government going to Microsoft and asking questions.
