People as a general rule do not give a sheet about security risks,
Playing the stupid little outdated game over rules security risks

So I noticed ie9 - 10 are no longer available via the worldwide languages links I had,
All redirect to ie11 so I deleted them,
I'm sure people will be switching like hot cakes to another browser if they weren't already using one
