New name? Perhaps MetroBrowser or BrowserOne. I happen to like IE11 and will use IE no matter what they call it. Couldn't be any worse than Firefux or Chrum.
How about "OneBrowser"? After all, they renamed skydrive to "onedrive"...

Actually, IE 11 is quite good but some websites still won't play well with it so I had to go back to IE 10.
I happen to agree. I also dont use ie 11 because since its really designed more for windows 8 and 8.1; the gadgets in windows 7 dont function correctly with it installed which is why im not gonna bother installing 11. I also happen to like the gadgets in 7 like the calendar, and clock and weather, etc and those would not display properly with 11 installed.

    Everyone here keeps saying this,

Yet I have no problem with my gadgets and I have IE11.

I am not sure what the problem you guys are having. ( I did read the thread in detail about it, but have not experienced it)

I forgot tell that if they're changing its name they're also going to change its logo. I like the current IE icon, and I really wouldn't like it if the icon picture would be as bad as the name they're going to give it. Right now I'm hoping this doesn't go through.

    QFT.

Personally, since I've tasted Firefox, I never went back to Internet Explorer except the few times where I can't access a website or try a website that doesn't load correctly.

That they rename it or not, it will not make me care more than now.
