It occurs to me that once on 10, there will be more mechanisms to detect, and disable pirated versions. Also, everyone posts about how smart the pirates are, and how they will get around restrictions on 10 too. But I think the vast majority of USERS of pirated OS are not the geniuses who hacked them, but cheap schmucks who just downloaded them off the web. If MS kills their new Windows 10, they will have to go looking for hacked versions the same as before. I see a tempest in a teapot, I don't think MS is aiding and abetting pirates. They want them on 10, they will have more control that way, and they can deal with them in time. But what do I know...
