Microsoft silently preparing your PC for Win 10

    From The Inquirer:

"MICROSOFT is wasting no time in preparing for the arrival of its forthcoming bouncing baby operating system Windows 10.

A new optional update with the unremarkable name of KB3035583, and the equally unremarkable description - "This update enables additional capabilities for Windows Update notifications when new updates are available to the user" - has arrived in Windows Update for users of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1."

    Thank GEWB for the information.
It would be nice to know the KB number when it comes out so the whole world can look for it.

Thanks for the warning. Time to uninstall, disable and ignore that update.

I just removed and hid KB2952664 and KB3035583 when they came back when Checking Windows Updates.

Ran Updates again and they both stay hid.
