Yea I was speaking mostly of if the prior os is still activated and genuine
There have been a few people that weren't so lucky and had a shocker afterwards
But I'm sure the installs were shady to begin with ?

You do seem like you're having a lot of fun with 10 lol

Yeah looks some worried about activation...

    Oh well...I'M SO CURIOUS!!!!!!

But i 've to admit that if this won't start properly with an upgrade thus i've been activated for 10mns before Bsod, it could be the last time i'm doing an upgrade directly.

We have a month to have the rollback function before it goes harder to, no?

Yep I personally have given up on the whole idea of the updating process
When a disk is available and the price is right as well as the time I'll be more than willing to give 10 a go
But until then I'm purely a spectator = quite a change after testing iso builds for so long but I can live with that
I'm really hopping the price drops it already did a little on Newegg about 10% but still not enough and I believe it was a download.
Time is on my side only M$ is in a hurry

I guess I will wait till next year so Windows 10 matures.

Right now, users have found Windows 10 still has the keyloggers it had on the insiders preview.
    So yeah...

I gave up the Upgrade path...Rollback

Its definetely a display issue, both drivers for AMD & INTEL Windows 10 that i have tested one by one goes BSOD and the Microsoft generic BasicDisplay.sys won't let me out of black screen (tried hard all suggestions grabbed around, though!).

Tested Safe Mode with Network to load drivers, same same. My monitor refresh rates was set Ok at 1920x1080 (32bit/64Hz) and it was like on reboot no signal on it.

Otherwise Windows 10 have its charm in Safe Mode, and it works flawlessly!!!

By the time its drop on price an entire year will have pass and the free offer won't be there anymore!!

I have to make myself clear on the idea to left Windows 7 for Windows 10, because if i do a Clean Install i do not think i want to go through the hassle to reinstall all on my actual machine.

I'm even afraid to Clean Install now that i know Display drivers BSOD....

What would it be if after i just can't use it!

Usage wise if all other driver issues are resolved I'm sure you'll be fine
I have a few quirks about some design stuff and arrangement but the 10 os in general is okay I'm sure you'll like it
Any quirks I have can be addressed with group policy and a third party solution only problem is I was hoping M$ would get off the mobile first display for desktops where it really makes little sense to be there.

Classic shell or start8 or 10 should work fine there no telling if they will break win-10 on a constant basis
Third part theme should be okay to get rid of the flat looking display.... :/

Another thing I have never felt the need to do in 7 but 10 yep I will no telling how many issues it will have with 10 either oir have to be reinstalled :/

Throwing everything like this to a third party just complicates life when M$ could do it for us but won't.
I'm not going to reward M$ for not by doing a quick upgrade or quick purchase.

The design stuff and arrangements didn't really bothered me from what i've seen, maybe just the design is quite tough and angles to my eyes when its apply to the entire OS..

Just founded too, a bit strange the way to access at the same place but with the App instead of control panel.

Start menu can be easily change to looks as Tablet mode with its tiny hamburger or stay as Desktop as i what i'm expecting running on this machine. I like also the way to resize manually all of the command & windows.

As for the services start at logon on Pro version, why for enable straight away the MSQM and domaine of desktop...guess that's make life easier for those having Laptops..

I have not tested long enough to make myself a clear idea of it, MS doing on purpose to tease me with that Black Screen! I feel quite curious each time i can access to the Desktop and evaluate it with my own thoughts.

I fell this New OS have to be set properly with activities you usually use and live with and that coud prevent too much exposed privacy stuff that are enabled by default.

Yep see you might be just fine :)

I just can't get into all of the live title stuff and will not use a M$ account
Everything thing else is cosmetic for me
All apps list on the start menu makes no sense on a desktop.
