    I never said it was going to explode. 10/10/2017 is Office 207's EOL (End of Life) when extended support (security updates) will end. You can still use it after that date but any newly discovered security flaws will not be corrected.

    Okay yep 2 more years and I can uncheck check for update for other M$ software... which includes office otherwise I would of uncheck it long ago it's the only other M$ program I use.

    I'm still using Office 2003 on one of my older PC's. The newer versions of Office just don't interest me at all.
