No one is 100% positive but I am sure you can...I have seen folks with 2007/2003 installs on their machines...

During the setup, choose clean install rather than upgrade...

I used ff and it downloaded just fine!

Yeah I tried with Chrome and FF but for some reason it froze on the green circle thing before registering. Maybe just a fluke?

Used IE and it is fine
