Is checking the site 1 x per hour considered excessive compulsive behavior, or normal behavior?

Isn't it called obsessive complusive disorder (OCD)? Either way, I would classify that as OCD, but you have an excuse for it, so it's ok.

My therapist says most of my behavior is a disorder, but I'm feeling much better now

I hate to admit it, but you are right. Windows 8 beta in aisle 8, soup in aisle 9, Office 2010 beta in aisle 10 - it all makes sense now.

I'm pretty sure aisle 11 has spinach, I hate spinach.
