TZ, a couple of items you may want to check,
- See if you need any of these: https://Prerequisite updates for Internet Explorer 11 | support.microsoft.com | kb/2847882 Here is my post about requisites: Post #25 | Millions of Internet Explorer users must update, or lose patches
- And try turning off any 'real-time' protection from your three antivirus programs especially mbam pro, I had a horrible time with it slowing down processes on my machine, you may even have to disable any or all three. I tried a 'trial' of mbam pro and it tripled my startup and shutdown times, when I removed it and went back to mbam free/on demand, everything returned to normal.
