    Yep I bailed out and restored a system image after 45 minutes of preparing your system don't power off...:/
    Oh well back to ie10 :)

    TZ, a couple of items you may want to check,



    • And try turning off any 'real-time' protection from your three antivirus programs especially mbam pro, I had a horrible time with it slowing down processes on my machine, you may even have to disable any or all three. I tried a 'trial' of mbam pro and it tripled my startup and shutdown times, when I removed it and went back to mbam free/on demand, everything returned to normal.

    It loaded the second time so it's all good :)
    Not that I plan on using ie11.

    ie11 has been on and off this system a dozen times :)
    This was the only weird install.
