Yes Barman, you are right there is a big difference between Roll Out & Roll Up.

With the success our customers are experiencing upgrading to Windows 10,..

I bet they have a Windows10 song that every MS employee has to sing 3 times per day.

I can't get it, regardless of the browser (IE10, IE11 or PM26) on my W7 and W10 installs.

Obviously MS doesn't want people to be able to install this (because then you won't install W10).
