Insiders - Want to participate in research study to help shape Office?

Hello Insiders!

Do you use Office 365 for work? Enjoy giving feedback on products? Then we want to talk to you. We’re looking for Office Insiders on Windows desktop to partake in a research study about Office all-up, and a couple of new features in Word 2016. Whether you’re a fan, enthusiast, or a power user, everyone’s welcome to participate in the research study.Take the enrollment survey today!

We’re looking for people who have an Office 365 subscription, use Office on a PC, and keep work files in Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive for Business. If this is you, you may be a good fit.

What does the research study entail?
This study starts the week of March 13, 2017 and consists of the following:
  • A 120-minute initial online interview.
  • Five days of 15-minute surveys about a feature or two that we’ll introduce in the interview. We’ll ask you to use as you work that week.
  • A 120-minute follow-up online interview.
We know this is a commitment, and for those selected to participate, we will offer compensation for your time.

We encourage you to take the research study enrollment survey (10 minutes or less), and to forward the link to friends or family who you think may be a good fit for our research.

On behalf of the Office team, THANK YOU!

Using shape tool in Paint
I'm trying to crop out a portion of a picture using the hexagon shape in Paint. I get it positioned, but then I can't figure out how to crop it and save it. The crop button is not available to use when the shape buttons are in use. If I just "save", it saves the entire picture, not the cropped...
