A question:
1) Does this include the Windows malicious software removal tool

If you're opting for the Security-only updates then just hide every months "Security monthly quality rollup".
MSRT will still come via Windows Update, unless (like me) you have it set in the registry to not show MSRT in Windows update. I never use it.
Also remember that if you opt for Security-only you have to also install the Cumulative IE11 security update too every month. Those are no longer included in the Security-only updates. They'll only appear in WU when all the past rollups have been hidden. Or, download them and install manually.
If you want to make sure you're up to date, install the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser and set it to scan the "Offline Catalog only".
This will show you if any Security-only or IE security updates are missing. It will still show the rollups as missing, but just ignore that, so long as it doesn't show any Security-only updates as missing.
Hi mjf, I installed the security monthly quality rollup kb4034664 and I did have the option for the
malicious software removal tool listed as the 2nd option, underneath kb4034664.
