    Seems to be working just fine so far... but I will need to try a few applications (BOINC, DVDFlick, etc) to see how much of a performance hit there may be.

    UPDATE: BOINC crunching is too irregular lately to notice any difference. But using DVDFlick's internal ffmpeg.exe to transcode video shows a drop in frame processing. Using a known specific .mp4 file, before the patches were applied ffmpeg.exe was processing video at 165-170fps. After the patches, the same video file is processed at about 155-158fps, a drop of 4.2 to 8.8%.

    UPDATE: BOINC points per day production for IBM World Community Grid has fallen approximately 9%.
