According to the info on this link, this is a telemetry update, so I'm not going to be installing it.
I've tried to re-post the link but the website isn't allowing it. However, the information is out there about it being a telemetry update for those who would rather not install telemetry. |

About telemetry, If I have some telemetry active (I saw some log files that say so), can I get rid of it doing some particular tweak to the system, or I have to look for the particular KB<number> and uninstall that?
I was careful trying not to install anything telemetry related but probably I missed something. |

In any case, anything MS says these days is suspect (especially regarding W7). MS has sacked so many people that there seems to be no one left who actually knows anything about Windows and/or the remaining people are so overworked that they can't do the work properly. ![]() |
