Twitter changes number of accounts you can follow each day to 400

Follow, unfollow, follow, unfollow. Who does that? Spammers. So we’re changing the number of accounts you can follow each day from 1,000 to 400. Don’t worry, you’ll be just fine.

And then Twitter goes in and removes who you're following whether they are spam accounts or not. I've seen the BS bias first hand with my account.

They don't have code that detects spam like they should. I've made a comment on a post and all of a sudden got a spam account follow me.
