How to change a forced wallpaper to one I want to be displayed
Our wallpaper on our servers and laptops are forced with one that the company want to display, how can I get it to show my own wallpaper and not the forced one.

Wallpaper remains stretched when I change it to tiled
I'd like my desktop wallpaper to be tiled but when I change it to tiled it doesn't tile it at the original size of the image, it stretches it to the same height as my screen resolution and then tiles it, which looks awful. Why is this?
Black Border Around Everything Displayed On Screen
