    hmm i dont know Only thing i think shouldnt be allowed is custom themes (those who needs patching before using). But i dont know. Let's see what Shawn says

    I decided that it would be nice to folks to preview the theme...

    Here is the three wallpapers...and the theme itself

    Just to clarify - Anything that can be packed in a standard theme pack is allowed, themes that require patching the system are not.
