Intel has filed suit against Nvidia seeking a declaratory judgment over rights associated with two agreements between the companies. I agree. I think it is time for Intel to step up to the plate with its own top notch graphics cards now that the only good ones are made by its competitor.

By legally preventing competition via licensing? That's the wrong way to go about it if anything. nVidia's dominance can only be bested with a full on assault by Intel and not by forcing consumers into accepting their vaporware.

They'll kick and scream until they settle this out of court.

There`s a rumor that Intel is trying to void the contract with NVidia because they have a new integrated memory controller chipset that gets higher performance than their chipsets
