Great!!! another browser to try to be compatible with
Aww come on John. Without all these browsers to keep up with you'd be bored for sure.
Perhaps so. But trying to ensure compatibility for all possible browsers, including new ones, is a webmaster's nightmare particularly where the raw web code is geared towards just one or two browser(s) and needs adapting in order for the site to work in all browsers.

I still know people (tons actually) in a business environment who haven't moved yet from IE6 to IE7, let alone IE8 and now IE9. Oh well, new software is supposed to indicate progress. I'm not really an IE user anyway....so i typically have whatever version my OS came with and whatever version was auto pushed through Windows Update.

that is unusual, no beta was "leaked" to the internet for us to test for them
article does not says it will get released, because it wont :) it just says there will be another presentation, but i guess we can expect some beta around that time. Afaik final IE9 is scheduled for autumn.

Well IE8 looks cool and light to me, and I haven't had any trojans, or heard of anybody getting
    one in this forum.

Nah, but I insult sucky browsers like IE, which actually got some many security holes, over 7% off their users has left since march off 2009, Same with MSE, which is a state of the art scamm

Suggest you dont, as you may find on the internet, countries are warning about the old IE, IE 8 have had some issues reported, and as you can see, Microsoft can never release IE without tons of errors, at its release I would make sure I knew about the security and reliability off the browser
