I would question as to why somebody would want to run a leaked copy of a service pack???? How can you be sure that there aren't nefarious bits added in to invade your privacy or steal your information?
I take it you weren't around when the leaked betas/rcs were floating about then?

As people have been clamoring...Zukona is indeed a very trustworthy source.

That in mind...this is still a beta SP...I wouldn't install it on a production machine regardless

Yes, I was around back then...but I wasn't downloading and using any of them either. I simply don't trust leaks and the like. Unless it's published by Microsoft and I can get it from Technet/MSDN/MS Website... and verify the MD5 hashes on the file, I don't touch it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a nerd too and I want to get a hand on the newest OS's and such...but with Windows 7...the beta and the RC1 release was enough for me prior to the actual release of the product. I didn't need to see each and every incremental build to see exactly what changed and exactly how it reacted to my hardware and my software.

I really enjoyed all the leaked build frenzies last year and I would certainly trust a genuine Zukona leak.

But, whilst I'm eagerly awaiting the service pack, W7 is running great for me.

So I don't think I'll bother with a leaked build and I don't think it'll be long after the leak that the real thing comes along anyway.

The thought of a leak of a build on the road to W8 makes the old red mist come back though.

I too got all the leaked builds and loved it here when it was going crazy; people requesting links etc. But I won't be getting a leaked copy of sp1. I don't feel the same desire as I felt about the leaked builds.

    7601.16518.100302-1530 - actual pre-Beta SP1 build to 04-03-2010
    - All this pre-Beta build predreliznye Service Pack 1, ie, these assemblies have not yet reached the status of a beta version of Service Pack 1 Beta, and at this stage of the work does not make sense either that the spread in the network, and how you see yourself going to build </span>almost every day.
According to our data the first beta version will be assembled in mid-April!

At the same time collect himself Service Pack 1 and the integrated disk images of Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 pre-Beta.
Please note that Service Pack 1 pre-Beta already contains the updated KB971033 Windows Activation Technologies designed to block pirated version of Windows 7 activated with emulating SLIC 2.1 marker BIOSes known brands such as DELL, HP, Lenovo, except that this update blocks the number of widely </span>distributed network OEM: SLP keys, and integrated images of Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 pre-Beta are on board yet, and "time-bomb". For this reason, it makes no sense to install a beta version of Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 pre-Beta as the main system, except that as a virtualized environment to put it.
However, if you have a presence in the BIOS the PC marker SLIC 2.1, and after you install Service Pack 1 pre-Beta for Windows 7 you fly off the activation system, then you will need to just replace the "engi-stimulated" OEM: SLP </span>key to the new, not blocked OEM: SLP key and such and now there is a network for various PC manufacturers.
Before signed a beta version of Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 we are not planning anything in posting, but we will continue to further informa-deformed you on the progress of works.
