    so can you just install it over the current win 7 version? what about activation, if the current win 7 is activated, then does the SP1 needs to be activated also?

    I would question as to why somebody would want to run a leaked copy of a service pack???? How can you be sure that there aren't nefarious bits added in to invade your privacy or steal your information?

    Zukona leaked most of the beta builds of the windows 7 and there were no problem with that leaks. No viruses, no changes in the code, so I think we can trust him, but of course You allways have to be carefull with theese things. And nobody told you to install it to your primary system. I used to install theese leaks in a virtual machine first.

    I'm just not sure what I would be looking for in the SP on a VM since I have pretty much no problems with Windows 7 without the service pack.
