    At this point, I think anyone that does not actively and knee jerkingly instigate war probably deserves one. And that number is vanishingly small, thius the difficulty in finding someone deserving to nominate.

    This is crazy how does a "thing" win the Nobel Peace Prize. Shouldn't it be a person? Also, how in the world will the internet spend the 1 million dollars? Sheesh.
