    Most women are worth watching...

The days of computing being a 'man only' domain are indeed being consigned to history.

Computers and technology don't know gender, race, religion I have always thought that woman have always been a big part of these kinds of things. I must of been wrong. Nice post. It got my head out of the sand.

There aren't many women working on oil rigs, either... Hmm... As much as I believe women have the ability and the right to work for a company like Microsoft, how many really want to? It would be worth investigating this statistic to prove that Microsoft discriminates, before making false assumptions. Just a thought.

I don't believe the assumption is that Microsoft is/was discriminating. I think the assumption is that more women are choosing to enter the various computer fields that are predominately male.

I've never found it hard to get into IT companies as a woman. Sure there is the occasional jerk out there who has that male superiority complex, but I've found that *most* of the traditional computer geeks happen to enjoy having females around and working with them.

I don't see microsoft discriminating at all and it's great that there are women in top positions there.

I've long thought that the human race would be further along in development if women hadn't been oppressed and kept from contributing for so long. Now we are starting to see that it matters less what you have between your legs, and more what you have between your ears.

    Bravo!
