Look folks, I know everyone wants the RC very badly, so do I. We all have gotten excited now that the Partners screenshot and page is available. MS knows about this and they are probably getting a kick out of the chatter. I just joined the Partner program today and I have been a TechNet subscriber for years.

RC is not available today right now. It may not be for a while and even if it becomes available I don't think it will leak so soon close to the public release, which we now know is May 5th. So, go to bed if you want to. Go out and have fun or whatever. The bits will not change when and if it gets released while your away. All of us will be testing it in two weeks anyway. :)

    lol.
I've read the thread rather quickly and, as the look of it, it's a fake but the date has been unveiled.

You guys are rather patient only to know that it's a fake. Oh well, maybe that I'll return on W7 only when the (real) RC will come. Of course, I'll be taking X86 when that happen.

Good night guys and happy waiting.

    EDIT

I don't know but... the posts on the last pages are like posted but messed up because Someone talked about page 33 and it was still in page 20s :\
    Or did I misunderstood?

If you are talking about the 7200 screehshot, we already knew it was fake.

The MS Partners website is not fake. It clearly states that RC will be available May 5th. Since MS has not pulled the page it was not an accident by the webmaster.

Yes, MS put the old page back up. It now talks about the beta 1 stuff.

It's fake. Open bowl's screenshot with WordPad and search for "Photoshop". I attached it for you.
This is really not "Proof" the he Tampered with the picture as with all screen caps i put on forums I past into Photoshop and Crop them and resize them so they will actually fit on the forum. However, it does seem a little sus that he just finished installing Windows 7 RC1 and though yeah Ill put Photoshop on there to. so I agree its probably fake. But just dont assume the worst because it has photoshop in the pic info because then all my caps would be fake. :-(

The page is 100% genuine. Microsoft screwed up with the filltering. The download is currently available to OEM partners only (Dell..Samsung..whatever) The filter has now been corrected and ordinary retail partners and Technet ditto will have to wait a few days longer. I would imagine that, long before that time, downloads will be freely available from other sources
