Solor:

"no it most likely wont, since they have scheduled "engeneering signoff" of RC for 26th-27th. You will just all wait ~a week more for RC "

Thank you Solor for the information ......You are right with the RC ...But i think some build of the pre RTM release it will be leaked soon......

Do they really sign off on this type of thing?

Like they line up the developers and have them sign a document?

That would throw all sorts of issues with hardware/software compatability IMO. There's no way they'd do something like this so close to RC release

The original post which came from torrents.ru (Sukonka) does mention the sign off, but from what i can gather using translator.

From this i gather the RC will be available to MSDN/Technet subscribers from the 26-27 April and public release 6-7 May.
And no anticipation of leaks prior to this unless FAKES.

My other post: Build 7200 True or False - Windows 7 Center Forums

Obviously i believe that a leak will happen prior to that.

Soo...from the information we've been gathering...

Microsoft is offering PAID TechNet subscribers an RC release days before the general public release?

Seems hardly worth the subscription; OR Microsoft's time to make it available to a small number of people.

Rather, they should focus on making their systems reliable for the massive downloading that will take place on the 5th and days after.
