Ok, folks get ready for fake torrents....be careful because some people will try to cash in on this...
The danger to MS if they release the RC before they are completely satisfied they have the bugs out of it could be the adverse publicity similar to the Vista mess if many problems were found.That could have an adverse effect on their stock. Like it or not MS is a huge company and the bigger you are, the more danger a mistake could be. They are smart to be cautious.
Just my opinion.
For many it would be in time for summer breaks from semesters or those fabulous 2 weeks off from work. For those who were testing the 7000 it will simply be another day to check for bugs if any are to be found!
