Okay, so I reinstalled Office, and got nowhere. It activates just fine. It's the validation that is giving me problems. Probably for the reasons already given. It is nice to know others are in the same boat though, and it's not a problem with my machine or something.

This is exactly why I normally opt out of Microsoft validation. It's a royal pain in the ass, and just causes problems.

I'm sure if you Googled it you can find the answer to that question. Search engines are an amazing tool.

June has been the only time frame I've read for UK.

June 15 is the date for stores, which I've assumed to be just the U.S., but it may include other countries.

Does anybody know the differences between the Beta & the RTM version? I have been using the Beta for 2 months now and am wondering if I should install the RTM from Technet.

    Hello toughbook.

That would be the best thing to do.

Welcome to Seven Forums toughbook. I agree with BFK. Don't forget to uninstall the beta version first though. I'm not sure if the RTM versions installer will remove the beta, so better to be safe than sorry, and remove it manually.

It doesn't, you must manually remove it.
