Yes, file size is the same, hash values are the same, build 7100 leaked is the official RC.

It is statistically impossible for two files with the same hash values to be different sizes with that infinitessimal possibility approaching nil as the hash complexity increases.

msdn.microsoft.com , but you need to have a MSDN subscription in order to get it. Public release will be May 5, or search on the net for the ISO with the known hash values if you don't want to wait.

You will have to pay for a subscription but i doubt they're taking anything at the minute as the servers seem to be overloaded. Or you can wait till May 5th for the public release :)
