Ahh finally got x64 and x86 (for a lazy friend) both downloaded and burnt to disc.

All I need now is some lightscribe labels for them, anyone? :P (DVD+R Memorex) seriously, I have an issue lol, everything needs a label before I can do anything with it.

Thank you very much. On my way. I actually have downloaded the leaked copy but the given expiry is different from what is published. It is stated as expiring on the 2nd of March. So I'm downloading the official copy to see if there is a difference.

I have to agree with the above poster. The public download speed this time round is amazingly fast.... but could it be because there aren't that many people who knows of this yet?

There are 2 expiry dates...2nd of March it will start shutting down every 2 hrs.....2nd June it will expire completely. It has been discussed at length in other threads. Just read your EULA....it tells you in there.

No changes from the leaked 7100 build ( as long as your hash matches).

I would say more people know about it this time round. The only difference (imo) is Microsoft expected the rush and adjusted their servers accordingly to accommodate the hits they received. +1 for ms.
