Where is The Multi Lunguage Update? Is there a Greek Language.?

So windows 7 comes along as an upgrade for Vista and they want us to try it for free and help debug it before general release. Then charge all the customers who already paid for Vista again to essentially buy a fix to the crappy product they sold in the first place. You gotta hand it to Microsoft, capitalism at its finest.....

That will be the bane of Microsoft's when the official release will be upon us.

People, who didn't want to shell out for Vista, will not be happy when regular pricing for 7 is the same as any other new MS release; especially now more than Vista because in their eyes it is a minor upgrade.

I have been trying to follow this, however when I try to copy the disk to my HD it copies down to 20 seconds the hangs trying to copy a file "spwizing.dll". Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

Microsoft recommends users to do a clean install rather than upgrading from Windows 7 Beta (or any other builds) to Windows 7 RC build. It is not possible to upgrade your Windows 7 Beta to RC unless you bypass the check for the pre-release upgrade. Even though this is not recommended by Microsoft, below are the steps to bypass this check (from the E7 blog):

• Download the ISO as you did previously and burn the ISO to a DVD
• Copy the whole image to a storage location you wish to run the upgrade from (a bootable flash drive or a directory on any partition on the machine running the pre-release build)
• Browse to the sources directory
• Open the file cversion.ini in a text editor like Notepad
• Modify the MinClient build number to a value lower than the down-level build. For example, change 7100 to 7000
• Save the file in place with the same name
• Run setup like you would normally from this modified copy of the image and the version check will be bypassed

(atleast this confirms the new 7100 milestone)

So, make sure you backup your machine or use Windows Easy Transfer to move your accounts, settings, files etc., and then install Windows 7 RC.

I decided to "upgrade my leaked 7100" with the MS release since some seem to claim updates in the official but I doubt it.
Still I'm doing it.
