    Windows 7 RC Expiry Date:

There is not a clear statement Regarding Windows 7 RC Expiry date till now as it was mentioned as 3/2/2010 when winver command is used and in EULA it was shown as 6/2/2010

Now Microsoft has cleared the doubt what will happen after March 1 2010
    to Windows 7 RC Edition:

Watch the calendar. The RC will expire on June 1, 2010. Starting on March 1, 2010, your PC will begin shutting down every two hours.

Windows will notify you two weeks before the bi-hourly shutdowns start. To avoid interruption, you’ll need to install a non-expired version of Windows before March 1, 2010.

You’ll also need to install the programs and data that you want to use.

That would suck, having your comp shut down every two hours. At least it gives you time to back up your data between shutdowns, instead of just locking you out. We should have RTM by then anyway, so I don't see this affecting many people...except for the people who's tech savvy friends have installed this on their comps.
