You might be surprised at who is tracking your internet activity, it's not just Google.

It's not if 'they' are tracking you, it's what 'they' are doing with the info.

Remember, just because your paranoid doesn't mean they're not watching you

IMHO I don't care what you do online, what browser or search engine you use there is some body or company, government saving it for a period of time. Asking for this not to happen would be like standing in Grand Central Station and asking not to be seen by anybody. It's not really what is right or wrong it's what is.

It only prevents third parties from seeing the data. Data encrypted by Google can still be decrypted by Google.
