There is already another thread going on this from 3 days ago,
Microsoft seeking feedback for Internet Explorer 9
- Fully standards compliant with no proprietary way of rendering a page (HTML5, CSS2.1/3, etc)... no rendering glitches!
- Faster performance with rendering, encrypted streams, etc.
- Pass the Acid3 test with 100 and score first on Peacekeeper (haha).
- Spell check would be nice... maybe some other Word features.
With the coming of netbooks/nettops and cloud computing Microsoft really needs to get their act together with IE.
I honestly don't want to see IE9 ..
every time windows updates IE its getting slower and slower keep it with firefox and remove IE give people the option to choose what they want to install ..
They need to simplify the next IE. It's turned into a full featured enthusiasts browser that's slow and bloated. The only people who use it anymore are the people that have never tried anything else or don't even know how to download another browser and a few people who know what they're doing and like it for whatever reason.
I think they need to simplify it for the grandmas and kids that just use what comes on their computer and forget about the rest of us. It needs a complete overhaul before I'll ever use it again.
